I have been acting and improvising professionally for 20 years. My career as a performer has taken me all over North America and given me many opportunities to explore acting and performance, including writing and performing original work and directing improvised and scripted work.

I have been teaching improvisation since the early 2000s. In 2008 I became a Distance Learning Instructor. From there my love of education and teaching pushed me into an MFA program that focused on performance pedagogy.
Consent In Comedy
As part of my MFA Acting program I took a summer course from IDC Professionals that revolutionized how I think about and teach improvisation. I am on a quest to bring the comedy world consent-forward practices in an effort to make comedy spaces truly diverse, equitable and inclusive.
